A continuation of the manga "Ultimate Path Private High School", this story follows Toratora Tora on his quest to become the most notorious gangster in all of Japan. When he encounters Schoolcap Masa, the boss of the Gokumasa family, he immediately admires him and joins the family on their rampages.
